Hsbelite and ensayo bands are meant to use for training the body and assisting with weights to help maximize muscle growth. Bands help to activate the muscles that are not getting used on a regular with normal weights. These bands are not meant to use as toys or thrown in water or fire. If dropped in anything moist wipe clean to prevent stickiness and difficulty to use because of this. Works anywhere but do not leave stuck out in heat for days as color will start to fade. Once you use better to fold and pack up and put back in bag as you have received or store somewhere the sun doesn't consistently shine on them. Not meant to sit in a hot area and never used. Products being great results when used correctly.
